Job summary

The role focuses on Primavera P6 scheduling, project planning, and effective coordination with engineering, procurement and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Certifications in project management, planning, scheduling or construction management are advantageous.
• Professional training in Primavera P6 is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support engineering, procurement and construction teams with planning activities.
• Monitor progress, milestones and deadlines against baselines.
• Identify schedule risks, delays and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Assist in estimating, tendering, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Review performance and report deviations from baseline schedules.
• Provide planning support across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and behavioural safety principles.
• Prepare reports, progress updates and project documentation.
