Job summary

Jobs 4 All is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale EPC construction and renewable energy projects in Gauteng. You will drive planning, mobilisation, execution and handover, coordinating engineering, procurement and construction to hit milestones and budgets.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control, health and safety compliance, and clear reporting. Site-based work with travel between Johannesburg offices and project locations is expected, leading

• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to address delays or cost overruns.
• Manage scope changes and maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Oversee compliance with contractual, health and safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Lead progress meetings and coordinate project close-out and handover documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from planning and mobilisation through execution, commissioning and handover.

Candidate requirements

• Relevant project management experience on large-scale construction / EPC projects.
• Experience within electrical, substation, renewable energy or BESS projects would be advantageous.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and competing project priorities.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to undertake site-based work and travel between the Johannesburg office and project locations.
