The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction planning, expert knowledge of Primavera P6, and strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential; MS Project is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction sequences and reporting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work to define scheduling requirements.
• Identify critical paths, potential bottlenecks, and areas of risk within project timelines.
• Prepare detailed baseline, rolling wave, and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor progress against baseline, perform variance analysis and reporting.
• Develop recovery plans and schedule mitigation strategies with project teams.
• Conduct schedule impact assessments for changes and variations.
• Liaise with project managers, construction teams, and clients for updates and alignment.
• Prepare regular progress reports and schedule presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior planners and schedulers.
