About the Role Our client, a rapidly expanding retail conglomerate, is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee ambitious retail expansion projects across Polokwane, Limpopo and surrounding areas. This role is central to growing our market presence and delivering exceptional retail experiences. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from site acquisition and design to store fit-outs and grand openings. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid position requires a blend of on-site presence for critical project phases and remote work for planning and coordination, offering flexibility while ensuring effective project oversight in the Polokwane region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for new store openings and existing store refurbishments.
• Oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and architectural design processes.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective store fit-outs.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure all projects comply with company brand standards, local regulations, and health and safety requirements.
