Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with 6+ years in financial services.
• Experience with fintech, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage projects with budgets > R50 million.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Jira; knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects in fintech and finance.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
• Oversee execution in line with regulatory standards and quality controls.
