The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and experience with Jira, Asana, and MS Project in a remote setting. PMP/PRINCE2 is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines for digital transformation projects.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and presenting project outcomes.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to continuously improve project management methodologies.
• Champion agile and lean methodologies where appropriate, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant budgets and timelines.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and motivational skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing projects in a fully remote setting.
