About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical digital transformation initiatives entirely remotely. This position is key to driving innovation and enhancing our digital capabilities across the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex digital projects, from initial concept and planning through to execution, deployment, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven ability to lead distributed teams to success. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for leveraging technology to achieve business objectives. As a remote-first role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with teams across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, and timeline development, utilizing Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate and drive all aspects of project execution, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX designers, data analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Implement and manage Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Oversee the budget for assigned projects, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organization.
• Drive user adoption and ensure successful implementation of new digital solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on digital transformation or software development projects.
• Proven experience leading projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a remote work environment.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various technology stacks.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity remotely.
