Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale digital initiatives.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Expertise in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, business process automation, and change management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment and manage distributed teams effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
