Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Remote Project Manager to drive digital transformation for clients across South Africa. This fully remote role supports distributed teams and enables shaping project strategy from your home office.

You will define roadmaps, guide delivery, manage budgets and risks, and mentor junior PMs while ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption of new digital tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, IT or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in digital transformation.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital projects in consultancy.
• Extensive experience managing fully remote teams.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum and PM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, cloud, data analytics and AI.
• Excellent virtual communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello, Asana.

Responsibilities
