PwC South Africa, within the SATIC, seeks a Business Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across Human Capital, Learning & Development, and Change Management. The role supports organisational transformation through planning, execution, and governance of complex, cross-functional projects.

The successful candidate will lead project delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and apply best practices to achieve business objectives within a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with varied stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, PMI, Six Sigma).

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across SATIC in Human Capital, Learning and Development, and Change Management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to secure support and alignment.
• Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure smooth implementations.
• Design and implement change management strategies to improve readiness and adoption.
• Integrate learning and development strategies into project activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and establish best practices.
