Job summary

PwC is seeking a Management Level Senior Associate in Johannesburg to drive business application consulting initiatives. You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimise operational efficiency across diverse applications.

You will lead teams, mentor colleagues, and engage stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables within large-scale transformation programmes in supply chain and operating models.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related discipline.
• Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver process improvement, operating model and transformation activities across complex engagements.
• Conduct assessments and analysis across supply chain operations and operating models.
• Support the design of future-state processes and governance structures.
• Develop business cases and transformation deliverables to support decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gatherings.
• Produce analytical outputs and visualisation materials to communicate findings.
• Support implementation and transition activities to embed change.
