Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, focusing on business process improvement or operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams in a fully remote capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with process mapping tools and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is highly valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans for implementing process changes and new operational systems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus on proposed solutions.
• Oversee the execution of improvement initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure sustained benefits.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to relevant parties, maintaining transparency in a remote setting.
