Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Manager focused on Business Process Improvement to join our client’s team. This fully remote role requires analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leading change across the organization.

You will design optimized processes, develop comprehensive project plans, and monitor KPI-driven outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on BPA/BPI and process improvement.
• Experience leading process improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and collaborate virtually.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and document optimized business processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
