Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion in Richards Bay. You will oversee design teams, coordinate with consultants, ensure delivery on time and within budget, and maintain design quality and technical execution.

This senior role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects in a collaborative hybrid work model combining office collaboration

Qualifications

• Professional Architect with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering complex architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD; strong project management knowledge.
• Knowledge of building codes and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process and ensure alignment with client objectives and regulations.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams.
• Perform quality control on architectural documentation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee site inspections and construction administration.
