The ideal candidate has 12+ years of post-graduate experience, a Master's in Architecture, SACAP registration, and strong BIM expertise. You will guide teams, ensure high quality, and contribute to business growth in Gauteng and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years post-graduate architectural experience with leadership of significant projects.
• Master's degree in Architecture and full professional registration with SACAP.
• Expert knowledge of BIM technologies and advanced architectural software.
• Strong understanding of urban planning, sustainable design principles, and construction management.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design strategy and execution for large-scale, complex architectural projects.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to design teams.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
