The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives with significant business and technology interdependencies. This role requires a strong leader capable of influencing C-suite executives, navigating intricate organizational landscapes, and driving programmes to successful, measurable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and strategically important programmes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive programme plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain robust programme governance structures.
• Manage programme budgets, ensuring financial accountability and control.
• Engage, influence, and manage communications with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Effectively manage multiple diverse stakeholder groups, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Drive cross-functional teams to achieve defined programme objectives and deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Provide strong programme leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure continuous improvement in programme delivery processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience successfully managing large, complex, multi-workstream programmes with significant business and technology dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Proven capability to operate independently, provide strong programme leadership, and navigate complex organizational environments.
• Strong track record of managing delivery risks, dependencies, governance, budgets, and multiple stakeholder groups.
• A history of successfully driving programmes to measurable delivery outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Platforms (Web, mobile applications, digital transformation).
• Vehicle Leasing / Vehicle Management (large-scale leasing, fleet or vehicle management transformation).
• Credit and Scoring Platforms (credit decisioning, scoring, lending or related platform transformation).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant programme management certifications.
