This role will be instrumental in managing complex programmes involving cross-team coordination between our South Africa and India locations. The ideal candidate will be adept at planning, controlling, and communicating all aspects of programme execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.

• Plan and meticulously control all programme milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage programme risks and issues to minimize potential impact.
• Establish and maintain a robust reporting cadence, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.

• Drive effective cross-team coordination and communication between the South Africa and India teams.
