iqbusiness is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Programme management experience for contracting opportunities. The successful candidate will lead large, complex programmes, owning multi-workstream delivery with significant business and technology dependencies, and engaging C-suite and senior executives to drive delivery to measurable outcomes.

Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / vehicle asset finance or credit decisioning and scoring platforms will be highly regarded.

Formación

• Matric is required.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or recognised certification from an accredited institution).
• Experience leading large, complex programmes with business and technology dependencies.

Role Summary

iqbusiness is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Programme management experience for contracting opportunities.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record of leading large, complex and strategically important programmes. You will need to take ownership of a multi-workstream programme with significant business and technology dependencies, engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders and driving delivery through to measurable outcomes.

Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / vehicle asset finance (VAF), or credit decisioning and scoring platforms will be highly regarded.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading large, complex and strategically important programmes
• Successful delivery of multi-workstream programmes with business and technology dependencies
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, budgets and multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong track record of driving programmes through to measurable delivery outcomes
• Ability to operate independently and navigate complex organisational environments
• Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / fleet management, or credit decisioning and scoring platform transformation (advantageous)
