Project Management Connection in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Enterprise Systems Integration Programme. The role demands exceptional leadership and programme delivery expertise to ensure successful implementation that aligns with critical retail operations.

The ideal candidate will engage with Executive Leadership and manage significant IT budget, deliver complex projects and cultivate relationships with business leaders and third-party partners effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years' experience managing complex Business and IT transformation programmes.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide systems implementations.
• Strong experience in managing third-party implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex Enterprise Systems Integration Programme.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and project lifecycle methodology.
