Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in production engineering.
• Expertise in artificial lift design and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in PROSPER and Saphir for production analysis.
• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering as applied to production.
• Experience with data analysis, well testing, and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Analyze well and field production data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Design and manage artificial lift systems to enhance recovery.
• Develop production enhancement programs including interventions and stimulation.
• Perform production system modeling and diagnose operational issues.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers, geologists and operations for integrated field management.
• Prepare production reports, forecasts and CAPEX recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
