Job summary

CyberSentriq is scaling quickly with an AI-enhanced cyber security portfolio designed for MSPs. We seek a commercially minded, strategic senior Product Manager to own one or more core product areas and influence direction in a high-growth environment.

You'll define the vision, build a 12-month roadmap, and prioritise growth, retention and differentiation. Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and engineering to drive adoption and ARR impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager within SaaS or technology led environments.
• Strong commercial instincts, including business case development, prioritisation and KPI ownership.
• Experience working with partners, channels or indirect go to market models.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a compelling product vision, positioning, and value proposition.
• Build and own a clear, outcome driven 12-month roadmap.
• Prioritise opportunities that drive growth, retention, cross-sell, and differentiation.
• Align product direction with company goals, integration priorities and market needs.
• Create data driven business cases articulating opportunity, impact and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, customer success and support teams to validate demand.
• Own and improve core KPIs including adoption, usage, retention, churn risk, CSAT/NPS and ARR impact.
• Build a deep understanding of MSPs, channel partners and SMB environments.
