Job summary

CyberSentriq in Cape Town is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead onboarding and deployment of our AI-driven cybersecurity and backup platform for MSP partners and customers. You’ll troubleshoot, train, and document processes, while collaborating with Support, Customer Success and Engineering to ensure smooth handovers and long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years in implementation engineering or customer-facing technical role.
• Strong cybersecurity, backup/recovery concepts and MSP environments knowledge.
• Networking, firewalls, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, M365) and virtualization familiarity.
• Excellent communication with a customer-first mindset and strong documentation skills.
• Scripting/automation exposure (PowerShell, Python) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and deployment sessions with MSP partners and customers.
• Deploy, configure and integrate CyberSentriq platform across diverse environments.
• Use automation and AI tooling to streamline deployments and improve consistency.
• Troubleshoot setup challenges and coordinate with Support and Customer Success.
• Deliver training on product features and best practices; contribute to playbooks.
