Job summary

CyberSentriq is rapidly scaling its AI-enhanced cybersecurity portfolio for MSPs and SMBs. We’re seeking a Product Manager to shape product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Channel and Customer Success.

You’ll own a 12-month roadmap, drive growth through prioritised opportunities, and translate market feedback into decisive product decisions while building trusted relationships across Product, Engineering and GTM teams.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Manager within SaaS or technology-led environments.
Strong commercial instincts, including business case development, prioritisation and KPI ownership.
Experience working with partners, channels or indirect go to market models.
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define a compelling product vision, positioning, and value proposition.
Build and own a clear, outcome driven 12-month roadmap.
Prioritise opportunities that drive growth, retention, cross-sell, and differentiation.
Align product direction with company goals, integration priorities and market needs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, customer success and support teams to validate demand and evaluate trade offs.
Own and improve core KPIs including adoption, usage, retention, churn risk, CSAT/NPS and ARR impact.
Build a deep understanding of MSPs, channel partners and SMB customer environments.
