Job summary

MCI is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead AI-powered product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery, aligning initiatives with business outcomes. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and stakeholders to define requirements, track metrics, and ensure successful product launches that drive measurable value.

You will also oversee governance, responsible AI practices, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver scalable, impactful solutions for our clients and internal users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Proven experience leading technology, data, or AI-focused products.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies that drive AI adoption and business value.
• Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps.
