You will apply advanced process engineering, data analytics and simulations to improve efficiency, safety and sustainability while guiding remote implementation with plant teams. The role requires 7+ years in chemical process engineering, a B.Eng.

or B.Sc. in chemical engineering, and expertise in Aspen HYSYS or ChemCAD.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing chemical processes to identify optimization opportunities and cost reductions.
• Utilize data analytics, simulation tools, and modeling to predict performance and guide improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance process safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate remotely with plant operations teams to guide implementations and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare detailed reports and technical docs on improvements and performance metrics.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on complex process challenges.
