Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead critical special projects, operating remotely. You will own initiatives from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in process engineering with a focus on project leadership.
• Experience in process design, scale-up, and troubleshooting in industrial settings.
• Proven track record managing large-scale capital projects or technology implementation.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex chemical process projects.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis, feasibility studies, and economic evaluations for new initiatives.
• Develop detailed process designs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and control strategies.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and equipment suppliers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff on assigned projects.
