Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of direct trading experience in commodities, with a significant focus on precious metals.
Proven track record of successful trading and risk management.
In-depth knowledge of precious metals markets, including drivers, participants, and instruments.
Proficiency with trading platforms and financial market data terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon).
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent decision-making abilities and ability to perform under pressure.
Superior communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing on-site collaboration with remote analysis.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.

Responsibilities
