The role requires 6+ years of quant trading or research, a strong academic background, and proficiency in Python, C++, or R.

Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science).
• 6+ years of experience in quantitative trading or research within a trading environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trading strategies.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or R with experience in numerical libraries.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and statistical modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-stakes trading environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and back-test quantitative trading strategies using statistical and ML models.
• Execute live trading strategies, manage risk, and optimize performance in real time.
• Analyze market data to identify trading opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to enhance trading infrastructure and models.
