Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a Power Systems focus.
Minimum 8 years' progressive experience in power system analysis and design.
Experience with grid interconnection processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed power system studies (load flow, short circuit, transient stability, protection coordination).
Design power system components and interconnection systems.
Lead grid interconnection studies and project execution from concept to commissioning.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
