Job summary

Advania seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join Group Finance, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across a large multi-entity organisation. You will develop reports, dashboards and analytical solutions supporting decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

You will rely on your experience with Power BI, data modelling, DAX, and Excel to drive data quality, governance and automation initiatives within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional BI/analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, information systems, CS or related field.
• Demonstrable Power BI report development and dashboard design experience.
• Understanding of data modelling concepts and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build and optimise data models using best practices.
• Create DAX measures and calculations to support business reporting.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Support automation and standardisation of reporting processes.
• Assist in analysing business performance, trends, and key metrics.
• Work with data from multiple sources including ERP, CRM and other systems.
• Document reporting solutions, business logic, and data definitions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and data governance.
