Qualifications

• 10+ years’ proven experience in Sectional Title and HOA portfolio management.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English is an advantage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Must attend after-hours meetings at complexes or on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established portfolio of Sectional Title and HOA schemes.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Trustees, ensuring legal compliance.
• Prepare for and lead AGMs and Trustee meetings.
• Maintain meticulous records on the WeConnectU system.
• Provide financial transparency and budget oversight.
