Job summary

Khula Human Capital is seeking an experienced Sectional Title Portfolio Manager based in Cape Town, Western Cape, to oversee a diverse portfolio of sectional title schemes. The successful candidate will manage trustee and owner relationships while ensuring compliance with property legislation.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, preparing meeting agendas, and resolving owner queries. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills, along with a valid driver’s license and proficiency in property management software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience managing sectional title schemes.
• Experience attending and chairing Trustee and AGM meetings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio compliance with STSMA and regulations.
• Manage communications between Trustees, Owners, and service providers.
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance of schemes.

Skills

Strong knowledge of STSMA and property legislation

Financial acumen with budgeting experience

Excellent communication skills

Conflict resolution and stakeholder management
