Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sectional Title and/or HOA Portfolio Management.
• Solid knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA), Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS), and related legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software systems.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple portfolios.
