Job summary

Unique Personnel seeks a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the administration and financial oversight of residential and commercial properties under the Sectional Titles Act and Companies Act. The role requires liaising with trustees and coordinating with AGM schedules to ensure operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in sectional title/HOA management, strong Excel/Word skills, and a solid grasp of financial controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sectional Title and HOA property management.
• Experience with accounting and financial management (3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in WeConnectU is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• NQF Level 4 qualification is advantageous.
• Accounting qualifications are beneficial but not required.

• Oversee overall property portfolio management and administration.
