Job summary

Agility Talent is seeking a Portfolio Specialist to manage Sectional Title and HOA portfolios across Johannesburg and Cape Town. The role covers scheme & AGM/SGM management, client and trustee relationships, financial oversight including levies and reporting, plus maintenance and contractor management.

Candidates should have matric, strong administration and financial skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Experience with Sectional Title/HOA portfolios is preferred.
