Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead renewable energy infrastructure projects across South Africa. The role is fully remote, coordinating with site teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to high environmental and technical standards.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in project management, with 5+ years in large-scale infrastructure, and a strong background in wind and solar energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred).
• 10+ years in project management with 5+ years in large-scale infrastructure, preferably renewables.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and commissioning of renewable infrastructure projects.
• Develop scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk plans.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, utility providers, contractors, and communities.
• Oversee remote project teams including engineers and site managers.
