Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification is essential.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on solar energy projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering utility-scale or commercial solar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technology, electrical systems, and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and managing distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple solar energy projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Oversee EPC contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and environmental standards.
