Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Diploma with extensive relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of GMP principles and batch records.
• Willingness to work shifts and demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules and targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate operators and technicians.
• Ensure GMP and SOP compliance across manufacturing activities.
• Monitor processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of production equipment for safety and performance.
• Review and approve batch records for accuracy.
• Participate in deviation investigations and CAPA implementations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Engineering to resolve production issues.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods in the production area.
