Placements24 is seeking a Senior Performance Improvement Consultant to support client projects in Paarl, Western Cape. The role focuses on diagnosing performance gaps, designing tailored solutions, and guiding implementation to achieve sustainable results.

You will lead process re-engineering efforts, mentor junior consultants, manage client relationships, and work across industries. A strong Lean/Six Sigma background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in performance improvement consulting, operational management, or process re-engineering.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management.
• Proven track record leading performance improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct client assessments of operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead design and implementation of strategies to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality.
