Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance improvement or related analytical roles.
• Proven track record in leading performance improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with Western Cape clients is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of client operations to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost management.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to diagnose issues and measure the impact of interventions.
• Lead project teams in delivering performance improvement initiatives across various functional areas.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, foster buy-in, and drive change.
• Design and implement performance management systems and KPIs.
• Advise clients on best practices in operational management, process optimization, and strategic execution.
• Ensure sustainability of improvements through change management and training.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative approaches to performance enhancement.
