Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant specializing in Performance Improvement in the Paarl, Western Cape region. You will diagnose operational challenges, design improvement initiatives, and oversee their implementation, collaborating with client teams at all levels to drive sustainable change.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in management consulting, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role focused on performance improvement.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with measurable performance enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent understanding of operational excellence principles and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong project management and client management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within Paarl, Western Cape.
