You will guide engagements, build financial models, and lead change management efforts while staying abreast of industry best practices and trends. A strong analytical toolkit and proven project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in performance improvement or operational consulting.
• Proven track record diagnosing and implementing performance enhancements.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and process analysis/mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client processes and performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Lead engagements, manage scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop strategic recommendations to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and drive adoption of recommendations.
• Create business cases and financial models to justify initiatives.
• Support change management for new processes and initiatives.
• Present findings to client leadership and stay updated on best practices.
