Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant to drive Business Process Improvement in the Paarl, Western Cape region. You will analyze client operations, design optimized processes, and guide change management initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Ideal candidates have a 3+ year track record in process analysis, Lean/Six Sigma familiarity, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively in diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement or management consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze existing business processes across functions.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in client operations.
• Design and document optimized processes using best-practice methodologies.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for adoption of new processes.
• Utilize process modeling tools to visualize and communicate process flows.
