This senior role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence expertise, and a proven ability to lead complex transformation programs that deliver measurable productivity and profitability gains.

Formación

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Finance).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with focus on performance improvement or operational transformation.
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation projects and managing complex client engagements.
• Strong expertise in performance management frameworks, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead diagnosis of client performance issues and identify key drivers of inefficiency.
• Design and implement comprehensive performance improvement strategies across functions.
• Manage and mentor project teams with high-quality delivery.
• Develop action plans, roadmaps, and performance metrics for engagements.
• Facilitate workshops and executive briefings with senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of new processes and organizational structures.
• Quantify business impact and ensure value realization.
