• Master's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in performance improvement or operational consulting.
• Proven track record diagnosing and implementing performance enhancements.

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and process analysis/mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing strategic solutions. Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance improvement, operational consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully diagnosing and implementing solutions for performance enhancement.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
