Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 completed; finance or accounting qualification advantageous.
• Professional payroll certification advantageous; strong payroll knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years’ payroll experience with payroll systems understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
• Process and manage EMP201/ERA submissions and related payments.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and audits.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and variance analysis.
• Mentor payroll staff and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Handle payroll-related employee queries and supporting HR functions.
