Job summary

TWK Agri (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Supervisor in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. You will oversee the payroll cycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide the payroll team while liaising with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely information.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, proficiency in SAGE 300 People and MS Office, and strong communication and confidentiality skills. Afrikaans and English bilingual ability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Finance or accounting qualification is advantageous.
• Professional Payroll Certification is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll and ensure accurate processing of payments.
• Handle EMP201 and ERA submissions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SA labour laws and audits.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and highlight variances.
• Mentor payroll staff and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Manage payroll-related queries and general HR support.
