The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen and process simulation. Strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3–5 years in an industrial engineering or manufacturing role, with a focus on production.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
Experience with data analysis and process simulation software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze production lines and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Design and optimize production layouts, equipment utilization, and material flow to maximize efficiency.
Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Collaborate with production staff and management to implement changes and ensure successful adoption.
Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials related to production processes.
