Job summary

Momentum is seeking a Senior Operations Business Analyst to define, refine, and optimize core operational processes across Wealth operations, focusing on end-to-end processing, automation, and robust controls.

The role requires 5+ years in SA Wealth Management or related operations, with BPMN mapping, workflow orchestration, and automated reconciliation expertise to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Information Systems, Business Science, or equivalent quantitative discipline.
Business Analysis preferred; BPM tools certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst in SA Wealth Management, LISP, Asset Management, or Investment Administration operations.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end operational workflow engines and automate routing rules, queues, approvals and hand-offs.
Analyse and automate high-volume transaction execution, order lifecycle, batch allocation and cut-off management.
Map pricing validation and asset administration processes for multi-asset portfolios.
Streamline multi-currency cash management, automated reconciliations and cash flow controls.
Design complex account administration, currency reporting, FX execution, and custodian interfaces.
Create service capacity dashboards and metrics to track efficiency as the operation moves to a digital model.
