Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years experience with BPM products.
• Production environment experience; banking sector exposure beneficial.
• Experience with technical platforms and development problems.
• Strong BPM/BAW product knowledge.
• Knowledge of BPM code and ability to code solutions using BPM.
• Java coding knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BPM solutions that drive business growth.
• Write and test code.
• Execute automated testing.
• Design and integrate solutions via automation and third-party software.
• Coordinate with IBM PMRs on requests and changes.
• Implement changes based on Journey squad updates.
• Maintain environment stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot using severity processes to ensure system availability.
• Collaborate with product teams across multiple groups to deliver components.
• Assess impact of code on hardware and network for performance.
• Consult on complex problems across development, implementation and operation.
